The Origins
I work in digital marketing at an agency in Wigan. I wanted to get sharper at e-commerce, so I started building a Shopify store in my lunch breaks; a practical way to learn by actually shipping something. At first it was only a learning exercise. No big plan; no brand blueprint; just momentum.
The moment it clicked
I walked into Pound Bakery wearing a Greggs tee and got rinsed for it. It was friendly banter, but it landed. It made me think about how easily “identity” gets owned by the biggest names, even when the culture comes from everyday places.
What it is now
The brand has grown past that original spark. Now it runs on one rule: I make what I genuinely want to wear. I’m the first customer. If I would not put it on and leave the house in it, it doesn’t get made.
What you’ll see in the products
Some pieces nod to bakery culture directly. Most are simply ideas I rate, designed with the focus you’d expect from a proper drop; clean graphics, solid blanks, and a bit of northern reality in the DNA.
The standard
Made in small runs. Made to order. Worn by the person making it.
Made fresh; tested on the street; kept in rotation.
We shout out the unsung heroes of the UK’s high streets.
Wear what makes you hungry.
Streetwear should say something—even if it’s "I love pies."
Made-to-order only.
The best goods are baked fresh. No overproduction. No waste.
No.
It’s funny—but it’s serious.
I just like a good sausage roll.
Nope.
We're not officially linked with any bakery chains... YET?
This is fan-made fashion with crumbs on its chest.
Not usually. Most drops are limited runs and made to order, so once they’re gone, they’re gone.
We might remix a graphic if the streets demand it, but nothing’s guaranteed.
Low and slow—like a proper bake.
Wash inside out, cold cycle, no tumble dry.
It keeps the print fresh and the crust crisp.
More care tips are on each product page.
Every piece is baked-to-order (literally made once you buy it), so give us a bit of time.
You’ll usually get your order in 7–14 working days, depending on your location.
Good crust takes time.
Nothing extra—delivery’s baked in.
We include the cost of shipping in the product price, so what you see is what you pay.
No last-minute surprises at checkout, no dodgy fees. Just one clean price and a short wait while your gear’s made-to-order and shipped fresh.
It’s how we keep things simple—and crusty.
